All in all, building is hard work. Not just for those sweating away brick by brick building the dream, but it is truly hard work for those envisaging just what the dream should be. In my sixteen years in the industry to date, I've said and heard of so many words about building - some nice, some not so nice and some so technical I'd have to wake you up from a deep sleep if I dared repeat them. Here's my five words on building - an open door to what it means to me:
Planning, People, Passion, Change, Boundaries
Where do you find yourself in the conversation that is building? What's your five words?

Work In Progress
YOUR PERSPECTIVE
This post is part of our open innovation space - do you have something new?
Everything is a work in progress. Parenting certainly is for me. And when our first time parenting efforts collided with my building world - we shifted in to our new house with an 8 week old baby - well, the progress has never stopped...and I don't think it ever will (and by the way, there are now two kids, not one, so the work continues...).
We'd love a snapshot of your work in progress - grab a shot of your home under construction and share it with us.
